A few days ago I told Dad that I needed something more to do coz usually by lunchtime I'd have finished doing my job and would just stare at the wall waiting for the time to go home.

Yesterday, my dad gave me lots of insurance papers for me to sort and take notes of payment and everyting. Dated from 1994. 8 accounts. It's a messsssss!!!

And since yesterday, I've been separating them according to the account numbers, and then sorting them again by dates for each account so I can put them in folders. My table and floor were covered with papers and I've been crounching under the table, and there have been countless time when I bang my head against it.

You get what you asked.

Yayyyyyyy finallyyyyyy I'm back to the virtual world.

So I've changed my ISP to Indosat IM2. Which is completely the same, coz Indosat is using Fastnet's line to connect. So whenever the connection has any problems, the customer has to complain to Indosat, then Indosat would contact Firstmedia (which is like calling the President's place.....NOBODY FUCKING ANSWERS), then etc etc.

One day, my connection died and just wouldn't connect. I contacted Indosat, they said that my account had been shut down and was given a new number.....so I called Fastnet and they said that my account was no longer active. Called back to Indosat to yell and they apologized and told me they would straighten this with Fartnet, as what Therry would call it.

It took 5 freakin' days for Indosat to update Fastnyet (another Therry's idea) about my new account and there're some steps that they had to go thru to update the data. I heard the security checks in airport was so much faster than the work of Fastnet.

Apparently the Indosat's admin people work only from 8 am to 5 pm (24 hour customer service is only to make you happy that somebody is answering the phone) and Fastnet's admin closes on Saturday and Sunday.

Note to Fastnet.......if you can't handle too many customers and too overwhelmed.....STOP TAKING THEM. OR EDUCATE MORE PEOPLE TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Asshole.

On the happier dayssssssssssss............

Shelle's back from Singapore and she's staying at my place coz her parents are in Aussie for a month. So I'd be busy for a week. Having a guest staying at my place is fun, I have things to look forward to when I get back from the office hehehehehe...

Yes, my life's less pathetic for now. Will update soon.
